* bathroom (brand new bath, shower and tiling)
* box room with fitted double wardrobe, which you might use as dressing area, office or extra living room

Whole house has brand new carpets and is newly painted. Shared spaces include the kitchen (brand new fridge, washing machine, saucepans, utensils etc), living/dining room, garden, downstairs WC. I have my own ensuite so you'd have your own bathroom.

Homeowner is a piano teacher, who's very friendly, direct and down to earth. I work from home for about five hours a week. The rest of my work is elsewhere. I'm looking for a quiet, clean and considerate housemate who's relaxed, and happy to chat sometimes, or to be separate at other times.

Likes / interests: singing, dancing (jazz and blues), playing piano, yoga, walks, nature, psychology, neurodivergence, good food, sleep, health and wellbeing.
