1 or 2 bed house for rent in Riddings, Alfreton

We are currently renovating a one / two bedroom (Depends on if we move a wall!) house in Riddings., Alfreton. It currently has a large double bedroom which is accessed via another bedroom. We are considering putting a wall in to make 2 separate bedrooms. If we do this then the rent will be £450 per month. However, if a couple moves in, we will not put the additional wall in and only charge £400 per month.

It's quite a unique situation we are in as we are looking for long term tenants if possible and we are prepared to allow them some input to the renovations we make. A new bathroom and shower has been added and we are currently putting in the new kitchen. Decoration will be done on the first week of January.

The property is ideal for someone who wants a low maintenance home. There is a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and 1 / 2 bedrooms. There is no back garden
The elec and gas are on PAYG meters and the house is double glazed throughout.

The only fees to pay in a £30 credit check fee for our insurance purposes. Please bear in mind that the rent is just for the property and you would have to pay bills on top.
