We have a large, bright double room available in a couple months in Riddings, Derbyshire. The rent is £450 per calendar month and all bills are included (council tax, TV license, full fibre broadband, water, gas & electric).
You’ll be living with myself and another housemate. We’re two women in our 20's and 30's. We have two indoor/outdoor cats called Kevin & Poppy.
The house has two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. There’s also a dishwasher, additional freezer, washer, and dryer.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There’s space for you to bring your own furniture, or I can buy a desk and/or additional storage for you. There's also a connection point for a TV.
The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk away from Riddings park. There’s plenty of parking and good transport connections. By car it’s 10 minutes to Alfreton, 30 minutes to Derby, and 40 minutes to Nottingham. It’s a five-minute walk to the bus stop and two small supermarkets.
