You are responsible for keeping the place clean and tidy by cleaning up after yourself.

Non smokers please. Please don't say you don't smoke when you do as you will be given 4 week's notice to leave. Smoking outside is fine. Also if you are into drugs or heavy drinking then this is not the place for you. If you are taking drugs in or on the property, or are a drug addict, you will be given one week's notice.

High speed unlimited Wi-Fi, kettle, pots pans, dishes, microwave, cutlery etc are available to use with no charge.

Kitchen has a small dining area.
There is a sitting room with TV.
There is a shared Bathroom.
There is also a separate utility room with an integrated washing machine and tumble dryer.
The semi - detached house is on a main road and has front and rear gardens. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. It adjoins open fields and there is good walking from the door. 4 Minutes drive away from the Jct 29A of the M1 and very near to the Markham Vale industrial areas and new business developments. Perfect for contractors. Please note, this is a very remote place and having your own transport is essential to get anywhere. The Bus stop is close by and on various bus routes. See photo.

All bills included, fully furnished for long term renting. Keys must be returned personally and room checked upon departure in exchange for your deposit, subject to inventory checks.
For short term lets under a month, the nightly charge is £30 per night.
