The excellent size double room which is available to let is furnished with a king size bed and dressing table/desk and hanging rail wardrobe.

Front and Rear gritstone flagged courtyard with fantastic views of the village and of the surrounding neighbours well kept gardens.
Outside seating areas front and back.

The house is a short walk from the centre of Tideswell and is located on a quiet road.
Although it's not always possible to park right outside the house there is always ample space available on the street and in market square.

I have a very friendly dog, Millie the Whippet. She is very clean and doesn't moult or smell!

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respects the house as a home to be enjoyed.

Whilst the house has a lounge this room does not form part of the rental agreement and it not therefore for use by the tennant.

Use of the kitchen is however included.
