Spacious Double Room Available

Hi there, I have a spacious double room for rent. The house is in a quiet residential street and has a huge garden including a large shed at your disposal. The house itself is warm and cosy. I'm a quiet and friendly guy looking for someone who is also quiet and respectful and would clean up after themselves.

Bills included in the rental price are water, gas and electricity (fair usage policy), WIFI and Council Tax.

The room is a large double room and is furnished with a 3 door wardrobe and a double bed and mattress, mattress protector and mattress topper for extra comfort. I will provide new pillows and a duvet, although you can use your own if you wish.

The room has also has a desk and chair or i can replace this with a comfortable leathe armchairif you wish. There is also a mirror and wash basket for your laundry and some storage shelves as well at a 40 inch 4K TV with all the usual streaming apps via a supplied Firestick.

There is a beautiful view from the bedroom window as well.

Kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, cooker and washing machine and Dryer for winter clothes drying and a shared Fridge Freezer. Usual kitchen Utensils are all provided.

The property is very close by to shops (Tesco Express, Greggs, Fish & Chip shop, Kebab and Pizza place, Chinese and Indian Restaurant and a pub all within a 5 minute walk) with supermarkets close too and easy access to M1 and M42. Travel time from my place to EMA is 20 minutes by car, to M1 is 15 minutes. Good bus links with a bus stop just 1 minute from the front door.

Bathroom is downstairs and towards the rear of the property and has an electric shower. The open plan living area is spacious with lots of light. Plenty of on street parking available.

It is extremely important to me that you are clean and tidy and I can trust you to look after my house as if it was yours.
