My home is a 4 bed 2 bathroom house and has fibre broadband, large kitchen with american style fridge, wood burner and open plan living areas. Recently we have refurbished the kitchen and I have renovated the whole property over the last 8 years to a high standard.

Can be mon-fri let or full time.

5 mins drive or ten mins bus journey to Newton abbot. Only 15 minutes to Totnes by car. Also Torquay and Paignton are only a 15 minute drive away (there are many short cuts from the village to torbay). Exeter is approx 30 minutes drive and Plymouth is 45 minutes away.

Close to the popular local village pub and shop.
There is a local park, village hall and local events.

Must like animals, I have a large dog, he is very friendly and calm within the home.

I am looking for a working professional to rent our room with similar interests. must work regular 9-5ish hours.
