My home is a 4 bed 2 bathroom house, large kitchen with american style fridge, wood burner and open plan living areas. I have refurbished the kitchen and I have renovated the whole property over the last 10 years to a high standard.

Can be mon-fri let or full time.

5 mins drive or ten mins bus journey to Newton abbot. Only 15 minutes to Totnes by car. Also Torquay and Paignton are only a 15 minute drive away (there are many short cuts from the village to torbay). Exeter is approx 30 minutes drive and Plymouth is 45 minutes away.
