We're pleased to offer 6 rooms in a recently refurbished property. the property has been finished to an exceptionally high standard.

The rooms currently available are shown below and are available from the start of March. Tenancies will initially be issued for a minimum of 6 months, although we will opt for applicants who want to stay long term.

There is no parking for cars at the property but there is unrestricted parking around the corner, there is cycle parking and the property is within walking distance to the city centre. We do not provide bikes unfortunately however there are places that do rent them out. there is a bus stop 30 meters up the road to the city centre.

There is also a costcutter grocery shop practically opposite the house and marsh Barton around the corner.

The house benefits from super fast business wifi with a wifi disk in each room and the kitchen to connect to your own wifi router.

TV in the kitchen/diner with Netflix and Freeview.

shaver sockets in a all en suite sink cupboards for shaver/toothbrush.

It is a multicultural house with a mix of males & females, all single professional working people, ranging in ages from 25-37. Lots of people work from home and there is a big garden.

I’m keen to find someone who is respectful of others working in the day, a team player who will help clean the kitchen etc and also be social with the others. Although our tenancies are initially 6 months, we are looking for someone who will stay long term.
