Room to Rent in Alphington

Looking for a female house mate for my lovely house on Church Road in Alphington. I’m a professional who works from home 2-3 days a week. I enjoy running, going to the gym (would love a gym buddy!) and having drinks with friends.

I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, relaxed place to live and is happy to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I’m friendly and sociable but also appreciate having my own space, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same.

There is 1 parking space that I use about 50% of the time and plenty of road parking, I also have an EV charger installed in the garage.

Although it’s on a main road the windows are amazing so it feels very quiet! Great location for being able to walk into town/the quay in half an hour. It is also 5 minute walk to Lidl or Sainsburys or the local pub!

There is only one bathroom but it is right next to the spare room so very easy access. Great shower too!

There is a third small bedroom for guests which is set up with a trundle bed that pulls out into a large double bed. Planning on putting a desk in here too soon!
