I am an easy going retiree with a busy family and social life. I currently share my home with two characterful dachsunds and we are looking for someone who would be happy sharing our home.

Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a three storey semi- detached property and comprises:

Upstairs brings you to a shared space:

Fully equipped kitchen
Lounge/diner area
Conservatory
Garden
Utility room with washer/dryer

Additional double room available for friends to stay occassionally(subject to availability and additional cost)

I am not partial to loud music / insence burning or strong food smells e. g. deep fat frying, lingering spices etc. and have young children living next door who need consideration after 8pm.

I value a positive approach to recycling/upcycling/ water conservation etc.

Ashburton is an amazing community to be a part of and the town is only a short walk away.
