Large double room (*exclusive option available)

I have a large double room available in the Axminster area.

The house has three floors. I have my own room, bathroom, and office on the top floor. The room advertised is situated on the middle floor where there is a bathroom. The ground floor has a shared kitchen/dining room, hallway, toilet, and living room. The garden area is also shared. There is also a garage (this can be used for storage if needed).

I am a very tidy person who likes to live in a clean house and am very considerate of the neighbours. Any potential lodger would have to be the same. I have two young boys who spend an average of three nights a week with me.

Only individuals in full time employment will be considered.

*For £625 per month I would be happy to not take in an additional lodger. This would mean the bathroom on the middle floor is entirely yours plus you would also have full use of the smaller room on that floor in addition to the room advertised.
