Spacious double room for rent in Babbacombe in a very quiet area with free on road parking.
The room is on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

We don’t have a lot of house rules and we are very easy going but some things will have to be adhered to.
This is a very quiet household and we would like to keep it that way so we are looking for someone who doesn’t slam doors or windows and knows how to go up and down stairs quietly.
Cooking is unfortunately not allowed but you will be able to use the toaster, microwave and kettle which is situated in the shared lounge/ dining room which also has a television.
You will be required to clean your room weekly.
There is no washing machine available but the launderette is about 500m away.
Smoking and vaping is allowed but only outside the building.
No couples
