Large double room in shared 1st floor flat

Lovely double room with lots of storage, king-size bed and TV.

Household is a first floor flat in a 1930's semi-detached property, currently 1-2 other occupants (but often not there!)
Shared living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. Please note, the bathroom is also communal so will need to be shared from time to time with any other occupant/s (other bedroom has its own WC).
Bills included (council tax, electric, gas, water and WiFi) subject to reasonable usage.
Suitable for single person (male or female) or couple - £650 pcm for single occupant, £825 pcm for a couple.
Parking for one vehicle on shared driveway.

Ideally I'm looking for a flatmate who would like to stay for 6-7 months - there may be the option to stay longer than this, but not guaranteed at this point (I'm happy to explain the exact situation to any prospective flatmates for full clarity!)
Flatmates of any age (over 25) welcome, but absolutely must be clean and tidy and prepared to keep the property in its current state. No smokers, no pets, must be employed full-time (not working from home).

It's a fairly quiet, relaxed household; I enjoy good music, dancing, gardening and outdoor activities. I am a friendly and sociable person (but not a party animal!) - but also spend a lot of time away from home, so you would need to be content with your own company!

The property is situated just across the road from Wall's Hill (with direct access onto the South West Coast Path) and just a short walk from Ansteys Cove beach. The shops and facilities of Wellswood and Babbacombe are both approximately 10 minutes' walk (in either direction) and there is a bus stop just across the road to get to either Torquay or Paignton. You can also walk to Torquay harbour area in around 30 minutes.
