Lovely light double room

A lovely light attic room in a beautiful large home which is fully furnished.

My house is occupied by myself, a relaxed and easy going female, and Otis, a sweet & characterful curly doodle dog!

The location is very convenient with Barnstaple town centre only 5 minutes walk away, the main bus stop only 2 minutes walk and the train station 15 minutes walk. Even though the house is very convenient and central to all amenities, it is still quiet with a lovely large garden.

I'm a vegetarian and so would prefer to share the large kitchen/dinning room with someone who is also veggie, vegan or who only eats meat occasionally. This is not essential, just my preference.

The bathroom has a great shower and also a stylish slipper bath to relax in.

All bills are included. Although parking isn’t included with the property, I may be able to provide private parking for the week days but not the weekends. This can be to be discussed if needed.
