Large Double room in a house super convenient to both the High Street and North Devon District Hospital.
House is a good mix of healthcare workers (2 doctors, 2 healthcare professionals) and local Professionals.
Allocated parking, however NHS would probably walk up to the hospital.
Established house-share with a comfortable vibe.
Would be ideal for professional person, 21+, looking to share with similar. Existing tenants are a friendly bunch who get on well and keep the communal areas tidy.
Good sized room but with great light. Recently decorated and with carpets professionally cleaned.
The room is lightly furnished but we are happy to add / remove / purchase new items as per requirement. This is your home and we are keen to make it comfortable for you. Can easily be cleared if you prefer to use your own furniture. Room is rented on a strictly single occupancy basis however we are super cool about partners staying over occasionally as long as there is no inconvenience to other occupants.
House-share is laid out in a generous style with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, and separate laundry/dining. There is an established garden & outdoor area.
Rent is £575 pcm with bills included (including house broadband).
Typically, rooms in this house share come up infrequently and are snapped up when they do. This said, I am quite happy to take time to secure the right type of housemate for Westview. I do all viewings with applicants personally just to help protect the vibe in the house but ongoing management is via an established agency. This keeps things both personal / friendly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Deposits for example are held via the agency in the deposit protection scheme.
