This beautiful flat, with large open living room, Super king double bedroom, is based in the friendly village of Bratton Fleming, just 10 minutes drive from Barnstaple. (Hourly bus service) The spacious accommodation is fully furnished. Your kitchen has an electric oven and hob and dining area. The living room has a large corner sofa and TV. You have your own Wet room with shower, basin and toilet. There is parking for one more car on the driveway and you have use of the outside garden area.

Your living space has it's own front door, the home owners Rick and Charlie live in a separate part of the house with one very friendly and well behaved dog. We share the Utility room, with washing machine, drying space and tumble dryer. WIFI, heating, electricity, council tax and water bills are included in the rent.

We would consider the right single person or couple ideally suited for employed tenant but not working full time from home. Non smokers please.
