I have a cosy double room with en suite to rent in a modern apartment by the edge of Rock Park. The room will be available from the end of April/start of May

The flat is a stones throw from town centre and is ideally located for commuting around Barnstaple with the bus station a 5 minute walk away.

It boasts stunning views on both sides of the property and has been refurbished to a high standard.

There is both a single designated parking space at the rear of the property and ample on street parking.

The water, council tax and WiFi bills will be covered however the electricity will not. This is approx £60 a month in the winter and £30 each in the summer.
