Situated in a quiet area two minutes’ walk from the hospital, and a 15-minute walk to Barnstaple town centre. With excellent bus links within 2 minutes of the house and the train station just a 20-minute walk. The house is laid out with a generous communal space – large kitchen/diner and a spacious sitting room. There is also a laundry room and secure area for storage of bikes/surfboards etc. There is off street parking for multiple cars. There is a huge garden surrounding the house, including patio area. All rooms are furnished but can easily be cleared if you have your own furniture. All bills, including broadband, are included in price.
