Double room in Barnstaple

I have a lovely double room for let from the beginning of September onwards. I work from home so it would work best for someone that is out of the house most of the week.
The house is open plan and cosy with three bedrooms. The room has a double bed with under bed storage and a wardrobe. I have a small outside garden which is nice for relaxing when the weather is good. Parking is available for free on the street. The house is a short walk from town and from the hospital. I also have a rescue dog so someone comfortable with dogs is a must. It is only me living there and I like to travel frequently so want someome who is responsible and will look after the space.
