I am an easy-going retired professional offering a single bedroom in a shared flat (please view photos supplied with this advert) The flat has modern recently installed gas central heating. I have been hosting lodgers for over 20 years. You will have full access to your own private bedroom, front room kitchen, bathroom an walk in cupboard to hang clothing. In the kitchen you will access to your own food/cupboard spaces, a shared fan oven, electric hob, microwave, slow cooker, soup maker, rice cooker, blender and clothes dryer. In the front room You are welcome to make use of a large dining room table, sofa, wall mounted TV, and a blue tooth sound system. There is cable broadband wifi router in the bedroom serving the whole flat. The bedroom also had a small foldable dining room table and a laptop. The bathroom has a WC, sink and enclosed shower unit. The foyer/cloakroom houses coat/shoe racks, a hoover and a carpet cleaner. Socially I play music at local jams and have a keyboard inhouse. It would be a bonus to have a musical tenant :) I offer a signed lodger's contract initially for 1 month but can offer a 1 - 2 year stay for the right person. You will be asked to supply a reference preferably from a previous landlord. Viewings can be arranged by mobile. The flat is Council Tax band A.
