Two Rooms Available For Females

Two rooms in a Female household available from October 2cnd
The rooms are currently unfurnished but can be furnished if you wish (double bed / desk / chair / storage / lamp etc).
The largest double room is approx 4.4m x 3.3m
The other double is approx 4.1m x 2.6m
I'll add photos of the rooms next week once they've been carpeted. The house has just been renovated (I'm almost finished). There will be wifi installed from October 15th. Single occupancy rooms. Bills included. There is free parking out on the street. There will be 1 space on the driveway that can be used too.
You'll be sharing with me & my lovely dog Finn so you'll need to be ok around dogs. He'll probably bark at you when he meets you then will be your best friend after ten minutes. His main job is protecting the back garden.

It's a peaceful house in a nice area towards the back of Torquay. Within walking distance of the hospital. Also fairly near to Babbacombe and Watcombe Bay. Totnes is just over 20 minutes drive away.

I'm looking to share with peaceful women who have good energy and are easy to live with / can clean up after themselves. I am very respectful of other peoples space and privacy. I like to have a chat & also like to hide away to read & watch films. Am often out walking with Finn, exploring. You'll be sharing with me & one other female lodger. Drop me a line if interested.
