Big double furnished room with 50 inch telly and king sized bed, available in modern house with a lovely big garden and on road parking available. Around a 20 minute walk to the hospital.. this is for single occupancy only and must be working full time.

I would like some one friendly and trust worthy to share my home with me. Must be clean and tidy and help out with keeping the communal areas clean.

Smokers ok - but must go outside.

I have varied interests some are sports, festivals, holidays and socialising.
