Large room available

Double room available in large detached house in village location but with good transport links. Bus from end of road to Tavistock, train from village to Plymouth. There are also beautiful walks in the Tamar valley and on Dartmoor.

The room is furnished with double bed, bedside table, desk and chair along with large build in wardrobe. The shower room is shared with one other tenant. Shared use of very large kitchen, dining and sitting area. There are very large gardens to sit and enjoy.

There is a very friendly dog and cat in residence so pet lovers is a must. A well behaved dog would be considered for as long as they get on with one already here.

Very friendly easy going household. We do socialise but also appreciate own space. Definitely not a party house.
