Lovely Single Room – Quiet, Respectful Lodger Wanted

I have a lovely furnished single room available in my home. I currently work away, so you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time, however, this remains my primary home, and I return regularly.

I live in a friendly, quiet community and it is important to me to find the right person. I am looking for a quiet, clean, tidy, and respectful lodger who is comfortable with an independent and low-key living arrangement.

Although I work away, I am looking for someone who understands that this is a room rental within my home rather than renting the whole property.

Female preferred.
This would suit someone who does not need visitors, as the room is offered on a no-guests basis.

The house is within walking distance of Derriford Hospital and includes parking.
