Close to industrial estates. Easy access to busses on the quayside. Co-op, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco’s, Lidl & Aldi close by.

10 min drive to the lovely Westward Ho! beech, Appledore, Instow beech.

I am an NHS professional and a plumber part-time. It’s a chilled house with a friendly vibe, I’m easy going and sociable. I share the house with a friendly rescue cat who is also quite sociable. I would welcome a responsible, friendly and sociable lodger who is good at sharing the cleaning on a weekly basis. Working professional preferred. Longer term let ideally, short term lets will be considered.
