I bought this lovely little cottage in Bideford around a year ago and would like to share the space with like minded people. I'm looking to cut down my main job hours and start up my own business in offering boxing as therapeutic movement.

You would have the recently renovated south facing main double room on the first floor.

There's plenty of space in the house with a large kitchen as well as court yard spaces at the front and back of the cottage.

It's pretty easy to get parking on the main street by the cottage.
