Cute terraced cottage by south west coast path

I have recently bought a house in Bideford and would like to share the space with like minded people. I'm looking to cut down my main job hours and start up my own business in offering boxing as therapeutic movement.
I am in the process of doing up the house and have recently renovated the main double room on the first floor which I'm now able to offer to a future lodger.
There's plenty of space in the house with a large kitchen and living room space downstairs, as well as court yard spaces at the front and back of the cottage.
It's pretty easy to get parking on the main street by the cottage.
