Bright & airy double room available in calm house

Hi, I'm Benjamin, and I have a clean, comfortable double room available in my two bedroom terrace in Bideford. The house is a 5 minute walk into town, and has on-street parking.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, desk, and hanging space. It overlooks the garden, is freshly decorated and has brand new carpets. The bedding and mattress are brand new. There's a fair bit of storage available too.

You'll have full use of the rest of the house, including the open plan living room, kitchen, and a lovely garden. The house is bright and airy, a little bit quirky, but most importantly is clean and comfortable.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and considerate, and on a regular day-time schedule so no night owls. Visitors are welcome within reason, but no overnight guests. You must be in full time work. Working from home is okay, but there will be an additional £50pm on top of the rent.

I work from home most days but try to get out as much as I can at the weekend. The advertised rent includes all bills (gas, electric, wifi, council tax, water) toilet paper, and cleaning products.

I'm friendly, approachable and sociable. I enjoy reading, hiking, watching films and cooking. I rarely drink alcohol these days but love a cup of tea!

Strictly no smokers (vape is fine but outside), pissheads, or couples, and I won't abide racism, sexism, or homophobia.

I will consider a small, well trained pet.
