I have potentially a spare room just off the high street in Bideford. Free use of the kitchen and toilet in a shared house. I can send photos or upload on here. Two live in the house currently with myself included. I would ideally want someone who's working. £500 a month bills included, not looking for a deposit as I I'm aware of the cost of living currently, I would rather have a suitable person without a deposit that could prevent this.
Unfortuantley there is one parking permit per household which is in use, so parking from 8am to 6pm would cost. Perhaps the council could help if this would be an issue.
