Seeking female sharers for convenient rural home

Seeking country loving female sharers. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

After 4yrs my long term sharer has moved area for a new job so I currently have both the double and single rooms available. Single occupancy only.

The single room is a good size(3.0m x3.7m), fully furnished, has a TV point. The double room, is slightly larger, with the same facilities. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large eight burner hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and is shared between these two rooms. There is a very large shared living room with access to the garden and roof terrace. The property is centrally heated and has full fibre broadband.

I would prefer working females (preferably not working at home) who are clean and tidy, who value a peaceful relaxed home and would enjoy country life. The property is less than 2 miles in any direction to the main roads but is in a quiet rural location. It is not suitable if you do not have your own transport.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry no cats as I have a dog.
Livery available if required. DIY £130pcm (stable/grazing only), other options if required.

I have used Spareroom since 2012 and mostly enjoyed sharing my home with an interesting variety of people. The property is a comfortable converted barn located between Newton Abbot and Teignmouth in a small friendly community. Just is 10 mins drive from Teignmouth and Newton Abbot, 25 mins from Exeter city centre. Local shop, chemist/Post Office, and doctors are 1 mile away & The Old Worksop Tap House is approx 800 yards. The nearest bus is about 1.5miles so is probably not suitable for non drivers. Shaldon & Teignmouth beaches are 10 mins drive away. The area is great for walkers, cyclists and horse riding.
