We are an outdoor active family of five with a lovely collie dog and three children. Our home is in blackawton a lovely community village with a pub community shop and lots of lovely walks . We are 20 mins from Kingsbridge, 15 from Dartmouth, and 25 from Totnes. I would say driving is essential . Not suitable for home working . Please feel free to ask any questions
