Washing machine, dishwasher, washing line, dryer, oven, etc.., Broadband included. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. I have a small dog. May consider some pets.
Safe and quiet location, amazing views and country side. You will need own transport but within easy distance of Torquay, Paignton and Totnes. Experienced and fully employed house sharers or contractors with references considered. Work outside the home only. Tenancy checks required and written agreement for your security provided.
