Fixed 4 Weeks Short Let

3 bed fully furnished farmhouse. short let only, max 28 nights.

Comfortable period house.

Used as holiday let sometimes but available for 3 or 4 week stays at other times.

Very rural, surrounded by lovely countryside but only 10 mins to A30, 20 mins to Launceston.

Minimum 3 week stay at 315 per week. (Total cost 945). Price includes all bills. Electric and oil [heat/hot water] subj. to reasonable household usage (charging EVs will require extra payment).

Lots of space, inside and out, main rooms are on the ground floor. First floor of the house is not used at present. The sitting room and full large kitchen at the rear whilst at the front there are two bedrooms with a king size in the master and three singles in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is small and cozy with two singles. Bathroom with bath and shower over bath.

The gardens next to the house face South and West.  The patio just outside has a large dining table and looks onto the garden surrounded by trees.

Short lets only. Not possible to extend. If you want you can book via airbnb to get their protections but their service fee is in addition to costs shown here [please contact me first with dates]. Note the house is for sale but viewings will be suspended during this short let period.
