Clean double room that is fully furnished in a bright and airy spacious home to share with one other professional, the house itself is fully furnished, there's a nice sunroom, the living room and dining room have been knocked through to create a light spacious living/dining area, new washing machine and fridge freezer last year, there are two garden's one front one at the rear and both get sunshine during the day and are very pleasant, possible off street parking for a small car.
Looking for a housemate who would bring a good dynamic to the house and bring a friendly homely vibe be clean honest trustworthy and reliable and feel welcome to make it their home for a long term stable let if wanted as this is no summer let where you'll be asked to leave in may, share with one other professional, also worth a mention that I would prefer someone who is aware of utility costs due to a very bad and costly previous experience.

Spare room map gives the wrong location as the property is on the junction of sharlands lane and pixie lane not saunton park..
A nice place to suit a nice person up for a laugh and co living with no limits to length of stay for the right person, surfers/sportspersons preferred but not a requirement
