Spacious Room in 4-Bedroom Cottage with Large Gard

have a spacious room available in a lovely 4-bedroom house/cottage in Braunton. I currently live here on my own and am looking for a friendly, respectful tenant to join the house by the end of November.

The house has a large garden with a swimming pool and summer house, a spacious living room and a nice kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms, although there is currently only one shower.

The property is in a convenient location, close to everything you need in Braunton, including local shops, amenities and transport links.

Bills: The tenant will only need to contribute towards broadband, gas and electricity. Everything else is covered by the landlord.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and reliable, and who can make sure their rent is paid on time. As it’s an older cottage, I’d also like someone who will look after the property and be mindful of things like leaving lights on unnecessarily and keeping an eye on electricity usage.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has work planned over the winter and knows they can comfortably afford the rent and bills. I’m hoping to find someone looking for a stable place to live rather than something short-term.

A little about me — I’m a pretty chilled and easy-going guy. I work as a beach lifeguard for the RNLI and I’m also an on-call firefighter for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service. I’m sociable and friendly but also appreciate having my own space, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same and would be happy sharing a home.
