This ground floor double bedroom is spacious and consists of a double bed, chest of drawers, double wardrobe and a large side-board unit with plenty of shelving.

Sharing with myself and my daughter, however she works away 7/8 months of the year. My other daughter comes home to visit at times throughout the year..

Full access to all living spaces.. The cosy lounge has a wood-burning stove. Spacious and light kitchen/diner. Cupboard, fridge/ freezer space will be made available. French doors from kitchen open onto a flower filled garden. The southerly aspect garden has private pockets to relax and enjoy without being overlooked.

While the shower will sometimes be shared, the toilet and basin will be solely for the lodger's use.

Parking on the driveway provided and use of the garage to store a bike/paddle board etc.

Only 20 minutes walk from this picturesque fishing town and a choice of beaches/coves. Perfect if you are a sea swimmer like me. Stunning coastal path walks easily accessible to Dartmouth and around the Bay
Brixham has a good network of buses to surrounding areas and the nearest train station in Paignton is only a 10 minute drive away. Mainline train links available from Totnes/Newton Abbot, again only 20-30 minutes drive.

We are looking for somebody who has employment, easy going, tidy, considerate and appreciates the simple things in life, especially nature and the environment.
We are private people who enjoy our own company but also enjoy a balance of company and socialising with friends/family.
As mentioned previously, Molly works away-Typically 2/3 months on duty and 6 weeks home. I work in the NHS full-time and my shifts vary week on week. Outside of workI I am busy with my own interests alongside studying for a degree at the moment too.
When Molly is home she enjoys her outdoor pursuits of photography, kayaking, snorkelling, walking and catching up with friends.
