The property has ample, off-road parking and a private, self contained garden overlooking the fields.

This listing is for a long term let from mid May 2026 onwards, sharing with one other person. My family and I live next door and I also run a guesthouse in a third property on the premises.

Situated between Broadclyst and Exeter it's very close to M5, Exeter Airport, Sowton and the Met Office, with Exeter city centre only 6 miles away.
