Elbury Farm is situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. Traditionally a dairy farm, it is now mainly managed for nature.

The cottage is semi-detached and spacious - consisting of an entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge/diner, utility room (also with direct access to the yard) and conservatory downstairs, whilst upstairs has 2 good sized bedrooms (each with a sink), a large landing and a bathroom (shower over bath).

The bedroom available is a good size with its own sink and views over the garden, it has a king sized bed.

The property has a large shared courtyard with ample, off-road parking and it's own large, private, south facing garden overlooking the fields.

This room is for a long term let from mid August 2026 onwards, sharing with one other woman. Ideally the room would suit another woman to create an all-female household. Myself, my wife and our two year old boy live next door.

Situated between Broadclyst and Exeter it's very close to M5, Exeter Airport, Sowton and the Met Office, with Exeter city centre only 6 miles away.
