I am renting my lovely two bedroom home, it is suitable for a couple or small family. I am a live out land lord so you have the whole place for yourself.

The cottage is fully furnished with a lovely log burner and new carpets throughout. It has a double room with large built in wardrobe and also a single bedroom. There is a spacious bathroom with a large bath and separate shower.

The cottage is situated in the centre of town within walking distance to everything and therefore parking is on the street. The cottage benefits from a small outdoor courtyard area and a long side utility corridor where I will be storing some things but you will have access to the freezer and washing machine located there .

Internet and water and council tax are included in the price of the monthly rental. The electric and gas are on pay as you go meters which makes it very easy without bills but are the responsibility of the tennant.

Standard smoke and co2 alarms/sensors are fitted as required as standard.

Please note : This is not a house of multiple occupancy (HMO) i. e. not for two single people in a house share, hence the pricing of the two rooms is 1100 per month altogether.)
