Very special rural room in Devon Farmhouse

Dear all,

My wife and I are looking for a lodger.

We live a very close to Cheriton Bishop in a non working farm. There are sheep in the surrounding fields.

We are looking for a lodger but are flexible on what sort of an arrangement you may want. Part time ? Full time ? Either is fine.

The room we are advertising is a bit special. Its very large- 3m x 5m- with its own exclusive En Suite. The lodger will have use of the main kitchen when required- for use of the gas hob and oven. But we also have a second kitchen area- with microwave & air fryer- which the lodger is welcome to use also as their main kitchen.

The bed is a divan base- so plenty of storage. But we are very happy to provide a chest of drawers and wardobe if you need the storage.

Bills included including WiFi.

We have plenty of parking.

You will be the only lodger.

We have a young dog who's extremely friendly and pleasant.

We are both in our late 30s/early 40s.

Post code is near our house but not exactly. We are private and want to invite a clean, tidy trustworthy person to share our home.
