Large Double room to rent in a house

Hello,

We are a family of three with a large, light, lovely double room to rent in our house in Chudleigh.

We're looking to welcome someone in to have full share of the house including our lovely living room, kitchen, bathroom and small front and back gardens. There is ideal residential parking just outside.

We live a quiet life and would be looking for someone who enjoys keepings things quiet and gentle at home. The room on offer is the master bedroom so that you can have space when needed without it just feeling like a bed.

We can often be found playing a board game at the table, spending time with a yoga mat. Other interests include bouldering, cooking, frisbee and design.

Chudleigh is a great little town with excellent access to Exeter (and a little further Plymouth) as well as the moors, the beach at Teignmouth and Supermarkets just 10 minutes away in Bovey Tracey / Newton Abbot.

We're open to different renting options, short term, long term, Mon-Fri etc.. so get in touch and we'll see what works for everyone.
