*Available 9 June* Bright, freshly redecorated double room available in a calm, friendly household near the coast – all bills included.
Furnished double room. Desk in study available for working from home. Shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and conservatory. Good-sized garden, peaceful street, coast & countryside nearby. Minimum stay 2 months.
This spacious, homely house is shared with one friendly male lodger (34) and myself. My partner stays occasionally at weekends. The household is calm and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere where everyone respects each other’s space.
The room would suit a professional, relocator, or postgraduate student in full-time work or study. The house isn’t suitable for shift workers.
Colyton is a charming small town close to the coast, with Seaton, Lyme Regis, and Sidmouth all within easy reach. Exeter and Taunton are around 35 minutes by car, with nearby railway stations at Axminster and Honiton.
£600 per month including all bills. Minimum stay 2 months.
If you’d enjoy a comfortable, welcoming home and think this could be a fit, please send a bit about yourself — I’d love to hear from you.
