A car is necessary because the house is in a village. There is parking in a garage for a small- medium-sized car, otherwise it's on-road parking in the cul-de-sac.
The room has a single bed, a good-sized wardrobe and a cupboard for storage. Other furniture can be moved in or out according to your preferences : table/desk and chair, padded rocking chair , kallax shelving with boxes for storage or your own furniture if you prefer. The property and room has full fibre internet.
There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. I work from home and the living room is also my office. When I'm not working, you are free to use the living room.
