I am a PhD student who will be away for most of the summer.

Living space - large open-planned kitchen and living room, plus additional corner office space.

PARKING SPACE included and excellent transport links. 8min walk to Crediton rail and bus stop right outside front door (20m to central Exeter). 10mins walk into Crediton town centre.

Rent includes bills (Broadband, Gas, Electric, Water). Council Tax is not included.

I am looking for a short term summer let for 8 weeks from approx. Mon 6 July - Fri 28 August.

This may suit a student in need of summer accommodation.

The flat would make a convenient base in mid-Devon for the Summer. Crediton is a lovely market town with a pretty square, many independent shops, green spaces, and a great range of bakeries and coffee shops. Dartmoor and the South Coast beaches are accessible by train, while Exmoor and North Coast (surfing) beaches are accessible by car. The flat has a parking space.

As this is a short term let I will only accept payment in full in advance (by midnight Monday 22nd June). A deposit will be needed to secure the let and will be returned upon successful completion of the stay.
