1 bedroom ground floor annexe in stunning location

We are a farm in Black Dog( outside Crediton) so rural, therefore a car is essential. There is a courtyard with plenty of car parking space. The annexe is ground floor and furnished, one bedroom with shower room. There is a large lounge with patio doors onto a small patio with stunning rural views .The kitchen has fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, slow cooker and air fryer ( no oven).The front door to the annexe is separate and away from our front door, approached from the other side of our house. The annexe is attached to our side of the farmhouse by a laundry room where there is a washing machine available for the tenant’s use. The annexe is double glazed throughout. All bills are included (council tax, WiFi, water , tv) with the exception of electricity which the annexe has its own electricity meter. As the meter records KWH used there is no standing charge attached to the annexe bill and it would be just worked out monthly(ranging from £15 to £50) There is some central heating present, but as we are quite hardy people we have installed electric panel radiators in the annexe. We have x2 rescue Serbian street dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and geese and so pets are considered. We will request references and a deposit and use a Non Assured tenancy agreement.
