Room available in Crediton with 2nd lounge availab

2nd room as a lounge

I am offering a double bedroom 3x4 meters with a 2nd room available you can use as an office or lounge 3x3 meters. Can easily fit double bed. Currently partly furnished but we can discuss preferences. Large open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, use of washing machine and washing line outside, shared modern bathroom with bath & shower. Lots of storage space. Modern inside, GCH, WiFi, bills included. Females only as my daughter 16 is here 3/4 nights a week. I have a cat & dog. I would consider a dog but not a cat.
No restriction on street parking.
Large garden. 5 min walk for bus or trains which are regular to Exeter.
Prefer someone quiet. Maybe share the odd meal or a night out if we get on. Looking to keep independent living but be nice if we got on and became friends too but likewise happy if you want to keep to yourself.
I work full time (occasionally from home).
