I am looking for a quiet lodger who wants to live in a home that values kindness, harmony, peace and well being.
I live with a 18 year old lovely son who also loves Lord of Rings, Football and WWE!
i am a choir leader and also an author, a teacher and a OneSpirit interfaith Minister. Spiritual awakening is at the heart of my life. I love Buddha nature, Christ Light, Shiva Being. Unity, Peace and Freedom. I have a regular (meditative) Sangha group coming here once a month, when possible.
Ideally I am looking for a lodger that is resonant with that and also will take care of this home with me to keep it beautiful and clean and enjoyable to be in.
GARDENS
There are two beautiful gardens to enjoy with three veg beds in which we grow lots of veg which you can enjoy. Two old sheds and trampoline and lawn, two patio areas also to sit and a garden bench. The garden is well established with all sorts of interesting plants and flowers
kitchen/conservative and bathroom are AMAZING warm, well designed rooms.
YOUR ROOM is upstairs with light pouring in in the afternoon. It faces west and is 13ft by 7ft 7. It is recently freshly decorated and is furnished but flexible around that (see photos) .
it has a wooden deep window sill, original wooden windows, characterful features, wooden floor, radiator (gas central heating) single bed and bookcase and chest of drawers.
A kind person is really important to myself and my son in our home.

Lovely spacious characterful and stunningly beautiful thatched house in Crediton, Devon.
Shared beautiful bathroom and kitchen, overlooking attractive garden. Landlady with 18 year old son. Kitchen has EVERHOT (electric aga) for cooking. kitchen accessible for cooking, eating meals and storing food but not to use as a living room as I tend to spend a lot of time in the kitchen/conservatory area
CLEANING
It is stated in the contract that cleaning of the shared areas is shared. I am not 'house proud' but like to keep the home well cared for and clean. The property is full of character with oak block floor and original Windows.
ACCESSIBILITY
The house is surrounded by trees and feels quite rural even though we are essentially in town! Very handy for town/shops and buses and trains very easily accessible. Would like a quiet well mannered respectful easy going tenant.

Loud music would not be appreciated generally as I do like peace and quiet and earphones are good!
Need to be able to get on with people and teenage boy also who has friends around to watch WWE and football from time to time
