We're looking for a quiet, considerate lodger who would enjoy living in a peaceful home where kindness, respect, nature and freedom are valued. We have one other lodger plus myself and my son who is 20.

It is a short walk to the High Street, leisure centre, buses and train station although it feels wonderfully rural, surrounded by mature trees and beautiful gardens. Only 20 mins to Exeter.
Rent includes all bills, Wi-Fi and use of a washing machine. 
NOTE Parking space is available, if needed, for £50 a month extra (optional).  Otherwise there is roadside parking

YOUR ROOM
A bright east-facing master DOUBLE bedroom with morning sunshine, two windows overlooking gardens:

One of the highlights of the property is the outdoor space:

-Three vegetable beds that you're very welcome to enjoy and help cultivate

ABOUT US
You'll be sharing with me, Alison (60) and my 20-year-old son. He's a friendly, fun, thoughtful young man who works as a lifeguard, enjoys football, sport, swimming and Lord of the Rings.
I work as a choir leader, author and spiritual counsellor. My home is a peaceful place, and once a month I usually host a small, quiet meditation (Sangha) gathering.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Someone who is:
- Kind, trustworthy and considerate
- Happy to help keep the shared areas clean and tidy and cared for
- Comfortable living in a quiet home
- sense of humour
- Respectful of others (headphones are appreciated for music etc)

This home would suit someone who is working and values a relaxed atmosphere and a peaceful setting.

Rent includes use of the shared kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and gardens.
