I will be moving into a brand new 3 storey property in Cullompton in Jan 2027.
The property is located a short walk from College Surgery, and only a few minutes from the town centre and the M5.
I have the large master en-suite bedroom available which is the whole top floor to yourself. You will also have access to the usual shared living areas including living room, kitchen and garden.
I will be looking for a clean and tidy lodger, the room can come either furnished or unfurnished.
The price is £600 per calendar month for Mon - Fri usage. But I will consider every other weekend to be negotiated.
