Culmstock is a quiet rural village with limited transport links. Daily bus to Taunton or honiton only. Own transport required. M5 and railway station 10 mins drive. Small shop/ cafe and popular pub in the village. Wellington 6 miles, Exeter 25. Great local river and hill walks.
You are welcome to use my kitchen if required but not my living room.
I share my house with one very quiet whippet.
My house has poor sound insulation and I sleep below the attic so for this reason, my one rule is : no music or guests after 11 .30 pm
