Large double room in Dawlish

I have a large double room to rent in a house close to Dawlish town centre.
10 minutes walk from the train station, bus stops, beach and local shops. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The kitchen has fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, oven, hob and airfryer
Free parking is available nearby or a paid carpark. There is no parking at the property

Single professional male preferred. No smoking / vaping inside the property. No heavy drinkers. I work various shifts from 4am to 11pm. Therefore I would like someone who is respectful of this. As I would respect your quiet time too.
