A great room in a very nice flat by the sea.
The room is small, but the rent is cheap and its a great location!
It has lots of shared living space, with a nice sized kitchen and living room. It also has great storage space throughout the flat, including wardrobes in the corridor that you can use. It has a brand new washing machine and a separate dryer as well.
There is a shared garden with the landlords upstairs which is lovely to have dinner in during the summer.
The flat mate who is staying is very sweet and neurodivers, so people who are open to these modes are preferred.
Bills are roughly £120 a month as well, but water is included.
The room will be free from early October, but there is small amounts of flexibility on timings.
