Light, Airy Double Sized Room

Furnished double sized room (set up with a single bed, wardrobe, chair, small chest of drawers/bedside table and lamp, bookshelf) in a clean tidy house. Full use of kitchen/dining room and lounge. Small garden and patio which is a great sun trap! Very community based area, lots of parking available outside the house.

Sharing with a single female and a single male. We are both teachers so we need a quiet house and a considerate housemate. I am a busy person who spends a lot of time out of the house but also like to have a DVD night in occasionally. I also have a very friendly cat called Posie. Very chilled and easy going house, looking for someone to help pay the bills!

Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity and Fibre optic broadband). Happy to take nice friendly people who have a job/income to pay the rent.

Very close to the Dockyard, Torpoint Ferry, spitting distance to local shops, easy walk to the Royal William Yard and on a direct bus route to Derriford and city centre (or easy to walk!).
